Lotus Dragons (Mitsui Martial Arts) — Youth 8-12

Lotus Dragons is for developing students ready to dive into Lotus Kajukenbo — a highly versatile martial arts system with roots across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific Islands. Lotus Kajukenbo includes stancework, defense, striking and kicking, joint locks, and throws, plus rolls and breakfalls for safe landings. 

Classes include a balance of technical drills, individual forms (kata), partner techniques, body awareness practices, conditioning, and active controlled sparring. 

For ages 8-12.
