Lotus Kajukenbo (Mitsui Martial Arts)

Lotus Kajukenbo is a hybrid martial arts system with roots across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific Islands. Classes include stancework, defense, striking and kicking, joint locks, and throws, plus rolls and breakfalls for safe landings. Classes include a balance of technical drills, individual forms (kata), partner techniques, body awareness practices, conditioning, and active controlled sparring. Ages 13+
