Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice combining slow, flowing movements, in alignment with breath and energy flow (qi) to foster harmony between mind, body, and spirit. Originating as a martial art but now widely practiced for health, balance, strength, flexibility, and stress reduction, Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Classes focus on 24-Form Yang style Tai Chi and also include a range of partner practices and Qi Gong techniques for energy cultivation and flow, breathwork, and stillness practice.
